Return & Exchange Policy

At Essentia, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange policy outlines the conditions and steps to help you resolve any issues.


Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product, only under the following valid circumstances:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

  • The product does not match the description on the website (excluding color/shade differences—see note below).

To initiate a return for a damaged or broken item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing info@essentia.com.pk or calling us at 0336-4442253.

Note:
Color or shade variation due to screen resolution or lighting differences will not be considered valid reasons for a return.


Return Eligibility by Category


Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange only if:

  • The reason meets return criteria (e.g., incorrect size or color)

  • A replacement item (same product in a different size or color) is available in stock

For all approved exchanges, Essentia will provide guidance on next steps once the original item is returned and verified.


General Conditions for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All items eligible for return, refund, or replacement must be:

  • Purchased from www.essentia.com.pk

  • Delivered within Pakistan

  • Not received as a gift

  • Not purchased during sales or promotions

  • Returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Customers must securely repack the item as received. A Waybill will be provided for the return. The item can be:

  • Collected by our assigned courier service, or

  • Dropped off at the nearest assigned courier service office


Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and approved. Timelines:

  • 7 to 15 working days from the day of approval

  • Refunded amount will be transferred only to the customer's provided bank account

For damaged or broken items, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date the claim was filed.


Essentia Rights

Essentia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if it deems the claim to be invalid or unjustified.
